In a nutshell... Since my belly started growing about 2 years ago i have been physically and emotionally attached to my little bundle of joy, who is not so little anymore. My son is almost 16 months old now and i finally feel like its time to gain back some of my independence and strength.
First thing is first, i should probably focus on getting back in to shape. Even though i lost all the pregnancy weight i have noticed that my muscles are week and are in need of exercise. I don't feel like i can jump in to anything drastic because of the strain my knees and other joints have been though with holding the weight of the baby everyday. So i am looking for something Low to No impact. Here are a series of no-low impact workout moves.
